If you don't like our product, it's okay — you can request a refund. We provide an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee on new purchases made from Leenoz, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

New purchases made from Leenoz are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period in accordance with the procedure below.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Open a new ticket to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, or contact us by email at support@leenoz.com.
  2. We will process your refund request within 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). In some cases, processing may take up to 20 business days.

3. Refund Processing and Payment

  1. PayPal will normally use the transaction exchange rate, including any applicable currency conversion fee, that applies on the date your refund is processed.
  2. The refund will be returned to the bank account or card used for the original transaction, in the currency of the original transaction.
  3. PayPal no longer refunds certain transaction fees, including applicable currency conversion fees, when an order is refunded. Therefore, a non-refundable transaction fee of up to 5% plus a fixed fee may be deducted from the total refund amount. Read more about PayPal Fees.

4. Previous Purchases and Refunds

Customers who previously purchased and received a refund for the same product may be subject to additional refund eligibility requirements on subsequent purchases. A subsequent refund request may be declined if it is based on the same or substantially similar circumstances that resulted in the previous refund. We also reserve the right to deduct or charge reasonable additional fees, where applicable, as determined at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Products and Services

Payments for custom phpBB extensions or development services are non-refundable. This is because custom projects involve writing unique, project-specific code tailored exclusively to your requirements, which cannot be reused or resold.
